1. Service Description

Compress25 provides client-side video compression utilities powered by WebAssembly. All audio and video processing takes place locally inside your web browser. No video files or media streams are ever uploaded to external servers.

2. "As-Is" Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation across all hardware configurations.

3. Lifetime License Definition

The "Compress25 Pro Lifetime Access" grant applies to the operational lifetime of the Compress25 web product. A single purchase allows activation on up to 3 devices concurrently. Lifetime access does not guarantee indefinite compatibility with future unreleased browser standards.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Compress25 to process content that violates applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains malicious payloads. Because processing is 100% client-side, you retain full ownership and responsibility for your video files.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Compress25 Pro. If you encounter technical difficulties that we cannot resolve, or if the service does not meet your expectations, you are eligible for a 14-day refund from the date of purchase. Refund requests are processed seamlessly through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.
